Brokerage and Transactions Management
A negotiation between landlord and tenant is not necessarily a zero sum game. We apply our financial knowledge to structure transactions that maximize lease value for the tenant while still benefitting the landlord, and we find those “win/win” areas because we understand the differences in each party's respective financial goals and tolerance for risk.

Brokerage services encompass acquisition, site planning and selection, market research, negotiation, transactions management, subleasing/disposition and restructuring. We develop models around the various potential leasing outcomes, and provide tailored presentation materials designed to build consensus among the management team and with employees. We then drive the process through to closure.

In a typical assignment, we may create demographic maps, recommend space utilization parameters, prepare RFPs, assemble an outside project team (designers, space planners, and construction project managers), and manage a timeline for lease assignment execution and delivery.

For multi-location projects, we leverage our network of brokers in local markets across the country. Our independence enables us to select the best local broker to fit our client’s needs. We retain management control over the process to ensure a consistent approach across all your offices.
